Jerry Bleem, an artist, teacher, writer, Franciscan friar and Catholic priest, earned his MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and his MDiv from the Catholic Theological Union at Chicago. Among his awards are five individual artist fellowships from the Illinois Arts Council and frequent artist residencies. Bleem has lectured, taught and exhibited internationally. Currently visiting professor at Arizona State University, he is represented by the Packer Schopf Gallery in Chicago. http://www.packergallery.com
