ModernPhoenix.net and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art bring their 7th Annual Home Tour to the breezy mountainside neighborhood of Sunnyslope. (The Home Tour is currently Sold Out). Prized by locals for its milder climate and ample stock of midcentury modern homes, this eclectic neighborhood celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2011.
MODERN PHOENIX HOME TOUR SOLD OUT!
On Sunday April 17 a dozen rehabilitated midcentury homes (including a few contemporaries) will be open for advance ticketholders only. Features homes by architects Ralph Haver, Paul Christian Yeager, James Trahan and more! Vintage cars will be on display at most locations. This wildly popular tour has sold out once again. If you missed out, you have a chance to win the very last pair of Home Tour tickets by attending the free April 16th Expo. In order to win, you must be present during our 3:45p.m. door prize give-away at the Expo. What's more, we will give you an extra door prize entry slip for every educational seminar at the Expo that you attend to increase your chances of winning the Home Tour tickets! MODERN PHOENIX EXPO
On Saturday April 16 a variety of FREE slide shows and hands-on workshops are presented in collaboration with the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art including "How to Research your Midcentury Modern Home" and "Modern Scottsdale". A Modern Marketplace Expo will be held at the same time, bringing the best of midcentury design, architecture, landscape and furnishings direct to you.

Our bustling Modern Marketplace on the light-flooded floor of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts atrium is the ideal venue to debut new products or services related to Modernism, architecture, interior design, literature and home renovation. Vintage fashion, jewelry, furniture, lighting and accessory dealers are welcome. Contemporary interior designers, landscapers, furniture designers, green builders and architects are also encouraged to apply.
